Vinyasa is a type of yoga that links breath and movement to attain balance in mind and body. This style aligns sequence of poses (asanas) with the breath to achieve a continuous flow. This continuous movement of vinyasa reflects the impermanence of all forms as well as the necessity of accepting change in order to achieve balance & completeness.
My classes are dynamic and combine strength and flexibility. You can immerse yourself in a moving meditation and completely forget your everyday stress.
